Business Development Manager required in Germany

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for a reputable company.

Currently, the company requires someone based in Germany.

This position offers home-based employment.

The ideal applicant should be well versed in structural adhesives, in particular MMA’s.


€75,000 – €90,000 per annum + bonus, negotiable at the interview

The Role

Reporting to the European Sales Manager responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, in line with the company’s strategy
  • Create new relationships and maintain existing ones with key partners
  • Drive opportunities through the pipelines
  • Expand the market in line with targets
  • Work alongside other departments within the business
  • Act as the primary account manager for customers in your area
  • Document and report all aspects of the sales process
  • Maintain accurate details on the company’s CRM
  • Meet all deadlines


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Technical sales experience in one of the following areas: Automotive, Marine, Transport
  • Sound knowledge of the adhesive market e.g. MMA
  • Fraunhofer Institute qualification for adhesive bonding is desirable but not essential
  • Highly proficient English and German language skills
  • Experience using Salesforce welcomed
  • Highly motivated
  • Natural salesperson
