Key Responsibilities • Retail Operations: Manage marketing and promotional activities for 2,000+ agents (shops and street POS operators). • Online Conversion: Develop and execute strategies to migrate retail customers to the online platform. • Retention & Activation: Plan and run promotions to re-engage inactive players and increase overall player activity. • Customer Service Management: Lead and optimize a 10-person customer support team to ensure high player satisfaction. • Campaign Execution: Work closely with the engineering and product teams (based in Israel) to coordinate promotional campaigns and communication flows. • Reporting & Insights: Monitor key KPIs such as retention, conversion, and player value, and provide actionable insights to management.
