We are looking for a Business Development Manager ready to work for an international recruitment company in Greece! The position is fully remote from Greece!
Business Development Manager, Greece, Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager will have to:
- drive company growth in Greece
- lead a team of five Sales Executives
- focus only on client acquisitions and relationship management
- all recruitment-related tasks are managed by the central office of the company in Dubai
All you will have to do is sell and grow client partnerships!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and support a team of 5 Sales Executives, ensuring effective coaching, direction, and performance oversight
- Build and strengthen client partnerships across hospitality, construction/manufacturing, agriculture, and other key industries
- Utilize your established professional network to unlock and drive new business opportunities
- Organize and deliver client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, both virtually and in person
- Collaborate with international colleagues to guarantee seamless onboarding and efficient account management
- Track and analyze market developments in Greece to pinpoint potential areas of expansion
- Provide regular updates on sales results, forecasts, and pipeline progress
Required Qualifications and experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager within the recruitment industry
- Solid background in recruitment or HR, backed by strong industry expertise
- Existing client connections within one or more core sectors (hospitality, construction/manufacturing, agriculture)
- Proven track record of leading, managing, and inspiring sales teams
- Excellent B2B sales abilities with strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in both Greek and English, written and spoken
- Full driving licence with access to a vehicle (an advantage)
- Highly organised, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Compensation:
- Full-time, permanent employment contract
- Competitive base salary of €3,000 per month, plus performance-based bonus scheme
- Benefits package including company phone, laptop, health insurance, and standard allowances
- Direct reporting line to International Management (Dubai/UK) with responsibility for leading a team of 5 Sales Executives
