We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer willing to work in Romania, Bucharest for a Nordic company.
Responsibilities:
The Chief Technology Officer will lead the technical strategy and oversee the implementation of AI solutions.
They will manage the development team, set technological roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
The CTO will also play a key role in client engagements, providing technical insights and ensuring project feasibility.
Required Skills & Experience:
A seasoned technology leader with experience in AI development, software engineering, and project management.
Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science, as well as cloud computing and software architecture.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with clients.
As the position requires hybrid work, the right to work in Romania is also required.
Sample Projects:
The CTO will strategize on AI product development, coordinate large-scale AI integrations for Nordic and U.S. clients, and lead innovation within the company to keep up with technological advancements in the AI space.
