Job Vacancy: Laminator for Composite Boats (Manual & Machine)

Job Description
For 2 of our regular customers, we are looking for a total of 5 workers
Both clients are leading companies in the shipbuilding industry, specializing in the production of high-quality composite boats. To expand their team, they are looking for 5 experienced or eager-to-learn Laminator for Composite Boats who can work both manually and with machines.
What Will You Do?
- Manually laminating polyester or epoxy resin onto mould constructions.
- Manual lamination – Applying polyester or epoxy resin by hand.
- Working with lamination machines and vacuum infusion techniques.
- Machine lamination – Using lamination machines, including vacuum infusion and spray-up techniques.
- Processing fibreglass mats and resins according to specifications.
- Fibreglass & carbon fibre handling – Cutting, laying, and positioning materials correctly.
- Resin mixing & application – Understanding resin properties and proper mixing ratios.
- Mould preparation & maintenance – Cleaning, waxing, and preparing moulds for lamination.
- Trimming & Finishing – Cutting, sanding, and smoothing laminated surfaces for a high-quality finish.
What Are We Looking For?
- Experience as a laminator in the shipbuilding industry or a similar sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with both manual lamination and machine-assisted lamination (such as vacuum infusion).
- Technical insight and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and comfortable working with resins and fibre materials.
- Legal right to work in the EU
What can you expect from us?
Good salary:
- Per week: € 455 ( based on 32 hours per week),- till 560,- (Full time)(after all costs deducted) + Overtime Pay at Higher Rate
