Job Vacancy: Powder Coater
Location: close to the German border
Start Date: As soon as possible
Overtime: Regularly required
Working Hours: You will work in two rotating shifts:
- Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
What will you be doing?
Our client, a well-established metalworking company specialising in high-quality finishes, is looking for an experienced powder coater. In this role, you will work with various metal products destined for a wide range of applications. Your focus will be on delivering a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish with precision and craftsmanship.
Your Responsibilities:
- Preparing metal parts (degreasing, sanding, hanging)
- Applying powder coating in the correct colour and thickness
- Setting up and operating spray equipment and curing ovens
- Inspecting the final product for quality and consistency
- Maintaining equipment and keeping the workspace clean and safe
Requirements:
- Experience as a powder coater or in a similar role
- Technical insight and a strong focus on quality
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
- Driver’s license B
- Legal right to work in the EU

Good salary:
- Per week: € 575,- till €590,- (after all costs deducted) + Overtime Pay at Higher Rate including shift allowance.
