We are looking for a Sales Executive ready to work for an international recruitment company in Greece! The position is fully remote from Greece!
Sales Executive, Greece, Position Summary:
The Sales Executive will have to:
- Reports directly to the Business Development Manager
- Dedicated role focused on client-side sales and account expansion
- Primary emphasis on developing strong client relationships and securing new business
- All recruitment operations are handled by the company’s central office in Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new clients across key industries (hospitality, construction/manufacturing, agriculture)
- Oversee the complete sales process, from initial contact to contract closure
- Develop and sustain long-lasting client partnerships
- Organise and lead client meetings and visits, delivering tailored presentations and proposals
- Work closely with Business Development Managers and international teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Consistently meet and surpass sales goals and KPIs
Required Qualifications and experience:
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience (recruitment background not required)
- Proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in both Greek and English, written and spoken
- Full driving licence with access to a vehicle (advantageous)
- Highly self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote environment
Compensation:
- Full-time, permanent contract
- Base salary of €1,000 – €1,500 per month, complemented by a performance-based bonus scheme
- Fully remote work arrangement

- Reporting line directly to the Business Development Manager
