Role Overview
We are now seeking a Marketing & Player Operations Manager to lead both retail and online player engagement strategies from Monrovia, Liberia headquarters. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with iGaming or betting industry experience who enjoys working across multiple operational functions — marketing, customer service, and player retention.

Key Responsibilities
• Retail Operations: Manage marketing and promotional activities for 2,000+ agents (shops and street POS operators).
• Online Conversion: Develop and execute strategies to migrate retail customers to the online platform.
• Retention & Activation: Plan and run promotions to re-engage inactive players and increase overall player activity.
• Customer Service Management: Lead and optimize a 10-person customer support team to ensure high player satisfaction.
• Campaign Execution: Work closely with the engineering and product teams (based in Israel) to coordinate promotional campaigns and communication flows.
• Reporting & Insights: Monitor key KPIs such as retention, conversion, and player value, and provide actionable insights to management.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Experience in iGaming / betting or related industries
• Skilled in online marketing, affiliates, and player acquisition
• Experience managing retail operations (POS, promotions, activations)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to oversee and optimize customer service operations
Compensation & Benefits
• Net monthly salary: USD $3,000–$5,000, depending on experience.
