Windows Recruitment CRM
As I am a Solo recruiter, I need a program which will practically do almost everything as the RecruitPro Suite, but to have also the capability to work offline! As a Solo Recruiter I have sometimes to work from my laptop while traveling, without internet connection. Obviously, all the functions which requires internet connection will not work, but functions as Candidate's parsing, Candidates matching, viewing and searching in database, all functions which don't require internet should work. The program will be ready in about a month.
