Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bus Mechanic to join our team in Malmö, Sweden. This is a full-time, permanent role with visa sponsorship available for qualified international candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and service work on buses (primarily Mercedes-Benz), both company-owned and for external clients.
- Occasionally work on trucks (1–2 times per week) for routine maintenance and repairs.
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Accurately document completed work and report to the supervisor.
- Attend ongoing training and professional development courses.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience as a bus or heavy vehicle mechanic.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher (conversational level).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in buses.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using computers as part of your daily work.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Prior experience with Mercedes-Benz buses and trucks.
- Familiarity with truck or heavy vehicle systems and diagnostics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Specialization in areas such as engine overhauls, electronic systems, or hydraulic systems.
- Category C or D driver’s license.

Working hours:
- General day shift:
Monday – Friday 07:00 – 16:00 (eight salary-based working hours per working day)
- General night shift:
Sunday – Thursday 16:00 – 01:00
