Job Overview:
DG Recruitment is hiring an experienced Truck Mechanic to join a respected Swedish company in Nybro. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive pay and benefits in a stable and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on trucks and heavy vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic issues using diagnostic equipment.
- Document all completed work accurately for reporting and tracking.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum English language proficiency at B1 level (conversational).
- Valid Category B driver’s license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Must hold a valid permanent work permit for the EU/Schengen area.
(Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.) - Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Truck Mechanic
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Solid understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Proficient with computers and diagnostic tools used in previous roles.
