B2B Sales Manager for the Romanian market
We are currently looking for a B2B Sales Manager for the Romanian market, for a well-established Lithuanian company.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a B2B Sales Manager for the Romanian market. The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the client base in the
Romania market, developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. The B2B Sales Manager
will also collaborate with the team to enhance the platform’s offerings and provide feedback from the market.
Qualifications
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
• Ability to work with active sales and new customer acquisition
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in the sustainability or wellness industry
• Knowledge of the Romanian market and business landscape
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Don’t be afraid to make cold B2B calls and hear a lot of “no’s”
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken)
• Possibility to go on business trips to Lithuania
