Bending machine operator
As a tube profile bending machine operator, you will work at a great company in Friesland that specializes in housing systems for the dairy farming industry. With over 150 years of experience, this company provides tailored solutions for animal welfare in this sector.
Your tasks:
- Operating bending machines: Setting up and operating our bending machines for processing tube profiles.
- Quality control: Conducting measurements and checks to ensure that products meet specifications and quality standards.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting: Performing preventive maintenance on the machines and quickly resolving any malfunctions.
- Reading technical drawings: Interpreting (simple) technical drawings and bending diagrams to ensure the correct production specifications.
- Complying with safety regulations: Maintaining a safe working environment by strictly following safety guidelines and procedures.
What we ask from you
- Experience: Handling metal, and bending pipe profiles is a plus.
- Technical insight: Skill in reading and interpreting (simple) technical drawings.
- Precision and quality: High sense of responsibility for quality and accuracy in work.
- Problem-solving ability: Quickly identifying and solving technical problems during the production process.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and adaptability in a dynamic production environment.
- In possession of a valid driver’s license B
- Good command of the English language
- Legal right to work in the EU
What can you expect from us?
Good salary:
- Per week: € 545- (a normal working week is 40 hours) overtime is possible
- Per hour: € 15.53
The net weekly salary is after the deduction of housing and health insurance costs. You work in 2 shifts.
