Our partner is looking for a CE Driver Tipper in the Netherlands!
One of the company’s most important pillars is asphalt production, which supplies a large part of the Dutch road network. Their asphalt is suitable for various applications, ranging from highways to industrial sites and from cycle paths to recreational areas.
As a CE Driver Tipper, it will be your job to transport asphalt, sand, and gravel to and from road works with tipping trucks and trailers.
In this position, you will have the following:
- 25 paid vacation days;
- 3,5 extra vacation days, which will be paid separately;
- 8% surplus on gross wage for extra holiday money, paid every July.

Bicycle: The employee borrows the bicycle from the agency (without charges)
Company’s car: driver € 0,00/week / Synergie car passenger € 7,50/week
Private car: depends on the client: compensation € 0,12/km – € 0,19/km

Deposits
Only when people do not return goods the agency charges afterwards (from salary).
Working shoes: 20 EUR.
In case they do not return the bicycle after they leave: a 400 EUR fine
People sign a deposit form. In case they do not return the key: 150 EUR (all locks will need to be changed).
Clocking cards at work: depending on the client, if are not returned: between 15 and 30 EUR
