Job Vacancy: Cobot Welder
Location: In the vicinity of Enschede

About our client
For our client, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Cobot Welder who’s ready to combine traditional welding craftsmanship with cutting-edge robotic technology. You’ll be working side by side with collaborative robots (cobots) to ensure efficient, safe, and precise welding in a modern production environment.
What is a cobot, and how does it work?
A cobot – short for collaborative robot – is designed to work directly alongside humans, safely and efficiently. Unlike traditional robots that are kept behind safety fences, cobots are user-friendly and easy to program. As a Cobot welder, you guide and program the robot using an intuitive interface or by manually positioning the robotic arm (teaching). The cobot then performs the welding with high precision and repeatability – ideal for both serial production and complex tasks.
Your responsibilities
- Operating and programming cobots for MIG/MAG and/or TIG welding
- Monitors weld quality and ensures it meets specifications
- Collaborating with engineers and production teams
- Optimizing welding processes and robot performance
- Handling both one-off and series production tasks
What you bring
- Experience in welding (MIG/MAG or TIG), preferably with robotic welding ( no certificate needed)
- Technical insight and a basic understanding of programming
- Precision, responsibility, and a proactive attitude
- Legal right to work in the EU
What you can expect from us:
Good salary:
- Per week: € 550,- till 560,- (after all costs deducted) + Overtime Pay at Higher Rate
