Customer Service Representative (Turkish Speaking) – Lisbon, Portugal

Job Summary:
Are you fluent in Turkish and passionate about providing high-quality customer support? Join a fast-growing international team in sunny Lisbon to support influencers and content creators on social media platforms. You’ll handle subscription and technical inquiries, help optimize their use of digital tools, and ensure a smooth customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist social media influencers and content creators with account, subscription, and platform-related issues
- Resolve technical problems and provide tool usage guidance
- Perform outbound follow-up calls to clarify information and increase satisfaction
- Identify recurring issues and recommend proactive solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in Turkish (C1)and strong English communication skills (B2)
- Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting service-level deadlines
- Open to night shifts and rotating schedules(24/7 availability)
- Experience in customer service or back-office operations is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication
Training & Onboarding:
- 10-day paid training(8 hours/day, in English)
- Covers tools, workflows, and platform-specific procedures
- Compensation:€106.80/week (training pay)
Work Schedule:
- 40 hours/week
- 8 hours/day + lunch break
- Rotational shifts, including nights and weekends (24/7 support model)
- Portuguese public holidays observed
Vacation Policy:
- Up to 20 days of paid vacation in the first year (pro-rated)
- 22 days of annual leave after a full calendar year
Compensation Package:
Option A: With Company-Provided Housing
Total Compensation: €1319.39/month
Includes accommodation benefit + gross cash salary (€1119.39)
Option B: Without Company-Provided Housing
Total Compensation: €1411.05/month
100% gross cash salary

Contract Details:
- Trial Period: 1 month (performance and attendance evaluated)

- Permanent Employment is Possible after 2 years
