Our partner is a rapidly growing organization, specializing in offering long-term and seasonal jobs for temporary workers, taking care of the remuneration system, and delegating the workforce.
Currently, they are looking for a Flexible Agriculture Field Worker to work in fields, greenhouses, Nursery gardens, etc. to join their team for the new season! All candidates have to be ready to stay a minimum of 6 weeks, preferably till the end of the season until October. There are possibilities to stay to work even longer.
Jobs for the entire season:
- Different tasks on fields and plantations,
- Weeding on the field on the webbed,
- Walking and taking out the weeds;
- Growing and cultivating plants in nursery greenhouses;
- Weeding gardens, cutting plants, watering plants;
- Working with pot-machine etc.
- Following safety rules and regulations;
- Other related agriculture tasks can be required to do.
This is a full-time position, 45 working hours per week (it can be more). Work from Mo-Sat ~7:00-17:00. If it’s raining during the week, you will be working Saturday the whole day; 5-6 work days. Couples and friends can live together but might work in different locations.
All candidates who have a driver’s license have to be ready to be drivers, there will be an extra fee for driving other colleagues to work.
The agency provides Working clothes- boots, rain clothes, and working shoes. Accommodation in a 2-people room €88 per week + health insurance €35, 49 per week. Free transport to/from work.
There are a few possible work locations: Tollebeek, Emmeloord, and Gorredijk.

Transportation price
Free transport. If the candidate lives till 6,5 km from work – bicycle
If the candidate lives further – other transport – car/bus. It can be that driver that will bring them to work (and home) or it can be another colleague.
It is also possible to give out an agency car (the coordinator decides if this is a good option).
Accommodation rent/week: 88 €
Health insurance/week: 35,49 €
