Our partner is currently looking for production line operators with experience to join their team in Boxtel, the Netherlands!
In this position, you are responsible for a production line from A to Z, together with one colleague operator and several packing employees. You know how to set up, start-up, adjust, and convert a machine and ensure everything runs smoothly. All meat arrives as blocks, ready for the production process.
Your main duties will include:
- Checking the supply of the correct raw materials and the result of the end product (and intervening if necessary to ensure production in accordance with the standard);
- Resolving simple operational malfunctions and alerting the immediate manager and/or technical service in the event of major disruptions;
- Carrying out various checks based on the established qualitative and quantitative standards and reporting deviations to the direct manager;
- Correctly complete associated administration;
- Instructing employees and temporary workers regarding work and supervising the production process in a qualitative and quantitative sense;
- Following the prescribed Moviemento training courses in the field of (food) safety;
- Correct and timely completion of work, within set standards;
- Keeping the workplace orderly and clean;
- Compliance with safety, quality, quantity, hygiene, occupational health and safety and environmental regulations;
- Working according to and complying with the regulations, procedures and regulations applicable within the organization’s work instructions;
- Reporting shortcomings in the areas of safety, cleanliness, product quality, etc.;
- All other common activities in the department.
The starting salary for this position is €16.18 gross per hour (+112.5% shift allowance and 128% in 5-shift rotation). This is a stable job opportunity with a view to permanent employment.
In the beginning, work will be organized in two shifts, but starting in October, it will be in a five-shift system. You will have 25 vacation days and 8% of the gross salary in vacation money.
During the selection process, expect to have a meeting with the agency and then with the company as well.
You must wear long trousers and closed shoes, and no jewellery or false nails/eyelashes are allowed in food production!
Allowances

Transportation price
The agency provides transport to/ from work the cost is only the additional tax to be paid around 20 euros per week.
