Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and driven Team Manager to join a global B2B live gaming provider in Bucharest, where you’ll lead and support a team of Games Presenters (Live Dealers). If you have experience coaching teams, managing shift operations, and want to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is your chance to shape the future of live gaming.

In this role, you’ll ensure exceptional performance, oversee team development, and promote high-quality engagement for players worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Games Presenters (Live Dealers)
• Conduct one-on-one development sessions, performance reviews, and training alignment
• Manage daily operations: attendance, scheduling, shift planning, and coverage
• Address disciplinary, grievance, and absence management in line with company policies
• Identify individual and team development needs, collaborating with L&D teams
• Facilitate effective team communication and regular briefings/meetings
• Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and ensure alignment with service standards
• Support talent acquisition and recruitment efforts for new team members
• Promote core values and ensure a consistent, high-quality gaming experience

Your Profile:

• Fluent English (C1 or higher), written and spoken
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team management role
• Prior experience in the iGaming, live casino, or entertainment industry is a plus
• A degree in Management or a related field is an asset
• Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office 365 proficiency)
• Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and conflict management skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 operation
• Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting

Working Hours:

Rotational shift pattern:

• Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Night: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
