Our trusted agency partner is currently looking for experienced truck mechanic /assembly worker to work and join their team in Wijchen, the Netherlands!
In this position, your daily tasks include:
- Mounting and assembling new truck trailers;
- Assembling various parts with high precision based on technical drawings;
- Installing hydraulic and pneumatic piping;
- Coupling electrical cables;
- Working closely with other departments daily.
The agency offers:

- Accommodation in a single bedroom in well-equipped shared houses, only 10-15 minutes away by bicycle from the workplace;
- Company car or bicycle is provided;

How often salary is paid
Weekly
- A CV in English is required to apply for this position;
- At least 2 years of previous experience with automotive assembly tasks, especially with hydraulics, is mandatory;
- Experience with pneumatics and electrics is a big plus;
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is mandatory;
- Motivated and handy;
- Ready to live and work with multiple nationalities;
- Availability to stay in the Netherlands long-term.

Transportation price
Transport to and from work can be arranged by the agency. The cost will be deducted from the salary
The provided means of transport can include a bike, electric bike or car. Costs for this service amount to €18.75 per week. You will not have to pay for a car if you are a driver and collect/bring at least one colleague to work with you. If the distance between home and work allows you to go by bike and you decide to do so, you will be a granted a discount of €8.75 per week. If you make use of an electric bike, then you will receive a credit of €3.75 per week.
If a car is used, fuel costs must be jointly paid by all occupants. If the distance between home and work is less than 60 kilometers (outward and return), the employee will have to pay for the fuel himself. If the distance between home and work exceeds 60 km (outbound and return), the company can make a contribution to the driver’s fuel costs to the tune of €0.10 per km.
