Job Overview:
DG Recruitment is seeking an experienced Truck Body Repair Technician (Truck Panel Beater) to join a well-established Swedish company located in Helsingborg. This is a full-time, permanent position with full visa and work permit sponsorship for candidates outside the EU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural and body repairs on damaged trucks, including dents, replacement of doors, bumpers, hoods, coolers, structural beams, and other components.
- Prepare and carry out spray-painting work on truck bodies.
- Follow repair instructions and safety standards.
- Participate in internal training programs to maintain and improve technical skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a truck panel beater and/or spray painter.
- English proficiency at B1 level(conversational).
- Solid experience in structural and body repair of heavy vehicles.
- Experience using advanced service facility equipment.
- Ability to prepare and paint vehicles using professional spray-painting techniques.
- High standards of quality, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented mindset, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience working on European truck brands.
- Previous work as a welder.
- Background in mechanical repair of buses, construction vehicles, or marine equipment.
- Knowledge of vehicle electronics and diagnostic systems.
- Ability to assess truck damage and estimate repair requirements.
- Valid Category C or D driver’s license.
- Strong understanding of repair documentation and safety protocols.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
