Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the DG Recruitment website at dgrecruitment.services (the “Service”), operated by DG Recruitment (“us”, “we”, or “our”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, candidates, and client contacts who access or use the Service.
Description of service
DG Recruitment provides recruitment agency services, connecting candidates with client companies, and develops the Recruitment CRM software used internally by our own recruiters and made available to independent recruiters.
Use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party. Content submitted through contact or application forms must be accurate and not misleading.
Recruitment CRM software
Where you use the Recruitment CRM software, whether as part of our own team or as an independent recruiter, your use of the software is additionally governed by its End User License Agreement (EULA), available on the Recruitment CRM product page. That page also describes how the software handles your data.
Third-party services and integrations
The Recruitment CRM software may optionally connect to third-party services on your behalf, using your own accounts and credentials — for example, syncing scheduling with your own Google Calendar, or capturing publicly available profile information from LinkedIn. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect or interact with through the software (including Google’s and LinkedIn’s own terms). DG Recruitment is not liable for any restrictions, warnings, or suspensions a third-party platform may apply to your own account as a result of how you use these integrations.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, and the Recruitment CRM software itself, remain the property of DG Recruitment / Dan Georgescu unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the software without permission, except as permitted under its End User License Agreement.
Limitation of liability
The Service and the Recruitment CRM software are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DG Recruitment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, our recruitment services, or the Recruitment CRM software.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
